These Client Service Guidelines and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by C&V Solutions LLC (“C&V Solutions,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting, scheduling, booking, or paying for services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by these terms for all current and future services.
C&V Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent via text message and/or email.
Post-service feedback may be requested to maintain service quality.
All scheduling changes, service requests, cancellations, billing questions, or account updates must be communicated directly with C&V Solutions management.
Cleaning technicians are not authorized to modify pricing, scope, frequency, access instructions, or account details.
To ensure safe and efficient service, the Client agrees to properly prepare the property prior to arrival:
Floors, counters, and service areas should be reasonably clear of personal belongings.
Dishes must be washed and put away unless dishwashing has been purchased as an add-on.
Jewelry, cash, firearms, medications, sensitive documents, and valuables must be secured.
The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in unsafe or cluttered conditions.
Preparation Fee:
If the property is not prepared for effective cleaning, C&V Solutions may:
Clean only accessible areas, or
Reschedule the appointment.
A 50% service fee will apply if rescheduling is required due to insufficient preparation.
C&V Solutions provides professional cleaning services — not organizing, junk removal, or hazardous remediation.
Service will not be performed if the property contains:
Hoarding-level clutter
Excessive trash or disposal items
Blocked access to cleanable surfaces
Biohazards or unsafe conditions
Termination Fee:
If service cannot proceed upon arrival, the appointment will be terminated and billed at 50% of the scheduled service cost.
C&V Solutions supplies standard professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.
For safety and surface protection, we do not use bleach, grout acids, stone sealers, wood conditioning oils, or corrosive chemicals.
We do not provide toilet brushes or ladders exceeding three steps.
Client-Supplied Products:
If the Client requests the use of their own cleaning products or equipment, C&V Solutions assumes no liability for any damage, staining, or surface deterioration caused by those products.
The Client must provide a safe working environment.
Children and pets must be supervised or secured.
Technicians do not move heavy, fragile, or high-value items including appliances, televisions, mirrors, artwork, or large furniture.
We do not service exterior windows, attics, crawl spaces, roofs, or areas requiring unsafe access.
Right to Refuse Service:
C&V Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or pose liability risks. In such cases, the full service charge will apply.
Clients may:
Be present during service
Provide a door code
Supply a key via secure lockbox
Lockout Fee:
If entry cannot be gained due to incorrect access information, disabled entry, or no key availability, a 50% lockout fee will be charged.
C&V Solutions is not responsible for alarm activations or related penalties.
For health and insurance compliance, our staff does not handle biological or hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
Pet or human waste
Blood or bodily fluids
Medical waste or sharps
Mold, fungus, or mildew
Pest infestations or rodent debris
Service Termination:
If such conditions are present, service will be terminated and billed at 50%. Service may resume only after professional remediation.
Services are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Arrival times are provided as service windows, not exact times, due to traffic conditions, job complexity, and route optimization.
48-hour notice is required for cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations within 48 hours are billed at 50%.
Same-day cancellations, denied entry, or no-shows are billed at 100% of the service cost.
A valid credit or debit card must remain on file to maintain active service.
The Client authorizes C&V Solutions to charge the card on file for completed services, cancellation fees, lockout fees, and applicable add-ons.
Payments are processed on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cleaning technicians do not accept payments.
Gratuities are optional and never required.
Collections:
The Client agrees to pay all costs associated with collection of unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees where permitted by law.
If service quality concerns arise, the Client must notify C&V Solutions within 24 hours of service completion.
We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
Pets are welcome; however, aggressive, reactive, or anxious animals must be secured.
If a pet prevents service completion, the full service charge remains due.
C&V Solutions is fully insured; however, liability is limited under the following conditions.
We are not responsible for damage to:
Unstable or improperly mounted items
Floating shelves
Pre-existing damage
Fragile or high-value items
Items with normal wear and tear
Breakage Procedure:
The Client must retain the damaged item for inspection.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
Verified claims may be reimbursed up to $200 per item, at the Company’s discretion.
C&V Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace the item instead of issuing payment.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall C&V Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Properties must be completely empty prior to service:
No furniture
No trash
No personal belongings
Cabinets, drawers, ovens, and refrigerators must be emptied for interior cleaning.
If the property is not empty, service may be rescheduled and billed at 50%.
To protect our workforce and training investment, Clients agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, contract, or engage any C&V Solutions employee outside of the Company.
Violation Fee:
A $2,500 staffing replacement fee will be immediately due for any breach of this policy.
This provision remains in effect for 12 months following the Client’s last service date.
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C&V Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
Unsafe property conditions
Failure to disclose hazards
Improperly secured animals
Structural defects
Client negligence
C&V Solutions reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
Safety risks
Harassment or inappropriate behavior
Nonpayment
Repeated cancellations
Conditions outside our service scope
By booking or continuing service with C&V Solutions LLC, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service outlined above.
