1. Scope of Service Service Details: C&V Solutions LLC provides professional cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. The services offered include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and specialized cleaning such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, among others. Custom Requests: Any special or additional requests will be discussed and agreed upon before service is performed.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations Scheduling: We offer flexible scheduling based on availability. Bookings are confirmed once payment terms are agreed upon. Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee. Delays: In the case of delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, etc.), we will notify the client and provide an adjusted service time or date.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms Pricing: All prices are quoted based on the agreed-upon scope of service, size of the space, and type of cleaning required. Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity or condition of the space. Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and ACH payments.
4. Customer Responsibilities Access to Property: The client is responsible for providing access to all areas that need cleaning. If areas are locked or inaccessible, we will clean the accessible areas and charge accordingly. Equipment and Supplies: Clients must inform us whether they wish to use their own cleaning supplies or prefer C&V Solutions LLC to supply the necessary tools and products. In cases where we provide our equipment, there will be an additional charge for its use. Valuables and Fragile Items: We recommend that clients remove any fragile items, valuables, or sensitive materials from the cleaning areas. C&V Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to these items.
5. Performance Standards and Quality Assurance Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. If any aspect of the service is not satisfactory, we will return to address the issue within 24 hours at no additional cost. Quality of Work: While C&V Solutions LLC takes the utmost care to perform the work thoroughly and professionally, the client acknowledges that certain stains, dirt, or wear may not be completely removable.
6. Liability and Damage Limitation of Liability: C&V Solutions LLC is not liable for any damages or losses that occur due to the client’s failure to follow our guidelines or for pre-existing issues (e.g., structural damage, fragile surfaces). Client-Induced Damage: If the client requests services that could potentially cause damage (e.g., harsh cleaning products, misuse of equipment), the client assumes full responsibility for the outcome. Insurance: C&V Solutions LLC is fully insured for general liability and property damage, covering accidents caused during cleaning services.
7. Health & Safety Safe Environment: We adhere to safety guidelines for both our cleaning staff and your property. If there are specific hazards (e.g., chemicals, biohazards), we require prior notice and may adjust service scope or pricing. COVID-19 and Other Health Precautions: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we take all necessary precautions to ensure our team is healthy and safety protocols are followed. This includes wearing masks, gloves, and sanitizing equipment between jobs.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy Client Information: We respect the privacy of our clients. All information, including billing and contact details, is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of service delivery. Non-Disclosure: C&V Solutions LLC will not disclose any confidential client information to third parties unless required by law.
9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless C&V Solutions LLC, its employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the client’s actions or failure to provide necessary access, or failure to follow our cleaning guidelines.
10. Amendments and Updates: C&V Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
11. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through informal negotiations. If a resolution is not reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
12. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
